Small business owners can receive support on emergency funding, landlord and tenant issues, reducing expenses, adaption strategies, reopening practices and where to get personal protective equipment.
The Westside Helpline staff will make follow up calls ensure business owners have received the best possible solution to their needs.
“We wanted to create a single point of entry for our small Westside businesses looking for help. With all the options out there, it’s easy to get overwhelmed and spend a lot of time going the wrong way. We want to make it easy for them to get the help they need quickly.” said Ramiro Gonzales, interim president and CEO of WDC, in the news release.
In the coming days WDC will also launch Westside Helpline signage along westside corridors in an effort to reach business owners who may not have online access.
The Westside Small Business Helpline number is 210-598-8482 and is accepting live calls during normal business hours.
